i think it’s nice to see how far Poland has come in the past twenty years. they’ve grown in technology and government. and their becoming a democracy is great news. it is very interesting to see the progress and success that Poland has achieved

I thought it was interesting on how Poland has come over the past 20 years. They have found a non-violent approach that works with the people, and through becoming a democracy, they have finally achieved a state of peace.

Poland had quite the change, and I think it’s for the better. (Maybe with a little American bias) I think that democracy is the best form of government. I think that maybe we take democracy, and all the luxuries that come along with it (voting, free press, free speech) for granted sometimes. Successful peaceful revolutions are always a bonus.

its good that Poland has improve from 20 years ago. the technology is better now and people don’t need to think that they would die because of what they say or do.

Free media such as uncensored television, newspaper, and internet is where people in democracies world wide retrieve their knowledge, but imagine China with their censored media and Poland facing Propaganda. Imagine how much more informed they would be if they had free media. I am happy to see Poland no longer faces propaganda.

I guess i never realized that we only have tv and newspapers and media because we are free and have a democracy. It is wierd to think of what it would be like if we didn’t have those luxuries or were censored like China. I’m glad that Poland now has free media and does not face propaganda like they used to, since this was not true while they were communists.

They have made great progress in the twenty years. Before 1989 they didn’t have the right to really even speak with out being in fear. They were also only hearing propaganda. Now Poland is a very succesful country. Democracy always seems to make countries that are struggling strive in the future.

is amazing to see how much poland has changed and developed over the last 20 years.Its great that they are allowed to express their beliefs without being afraid they could get killed.I also like that they took the non-violent aproach because its saved many lives by not going to war.

It was very interesting seeing how Poland has changed over the years. Their peaceful revolution was a great way to get what they wanted. Im glad that they now have the oppurtunity to be everything that they’ve wanted to be for many years.

Ms. Buell its awesome that Poland is finaly a democracy. It is such a wonderful country. Their technology has come so far to make it a good country. Thank You very much for teaching us this:-)
