Found this when trying to find the answer to your questions about how Muslims celebrate birthdays (that is actually not difficult infor to find) and if Muslims are actually considered older than Westerners born on the same day.

That’s definately something that I cannot pronounce. That would be really hard to tell someone if they asked you when your birthday was.
